Who We Are
Our community organization is committed to helping foster livable neighborhoods for all residents through the communication of current and potential city zoning code changes to citizens, and by creating a safe space for them to discuss zoning improvements with their city leadership in a collaborative and inclusive way.

All of the mayoral candidates, including Mayor Carter, have been invited to the meeting; so far Yan Chen and Mike Holborn have confirmed attending. OEC is located on the UST main campus in Saint Paul, just north of the library. Click on the link to see a map of campus. We hope you’ll come to learn more about the issue and voice your support with other neighbors.
